Group fitness classes and timetable

Our fitness classes offer variety and convenience with times to fit your lifestyle.


Members of The Zone Fitness Centre have complimentary access to group fitness classes.

Non-members are welcome to join in at a charge of $7 for a 30 minute class and $14 for a 60 minute class. Multi-session passes can also be used for classes.

 
Rpm class

RPM™

RPM™ is the indoor cycling routine workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.

CXWORX™

Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness.

The Jungle body

Jungle Body®

Pilates

Pilates

Pilates is so great for strengthening your core, your back, your arms, your legs and your butt! Pilates is an amazing workout for your whole body. You can lose weight with pilates and tone and strengthen. It’s also so amazing for exercising your mind.

The Zone Circuit

The Zone Circuit

The Zone Circuit is a full body conditioning workout that targets aerobic fitness and muscular endurance. You'll move around each station working different muscle groups. The Zone Circuit will help increase muscle tone and boost your cardio levels. It's hard work, will challenge you, and caters for all fitness levels, including beginners!

Boxing circuit

Boxing Circuit

The Boxing Circuit combines basic boxing fundamentals with Interval Training to boost your heart rate and burn hundreds of calories. This is an all over cardio and strength training workout and is a great FULL-Body workout with boxing, strength conditioning, and core exercises all tied into one!

Yoga

Yoga

Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation. It helps to improve health and happiness. Yoga is the Sanskrit word for union. Patanjali was a pioneer of classical yoga. He defined yoga as "the cessation of the modification of the mind".

functional fit class

Functional Fit

Functional Fit is a full body workout that includes weights, ballistic, cardio and body weight exercises to improve cardio and strength endurance. Training is adjustable to people at any fitness level.

Bootcamp

Boot camp

Boot camp workouts can vary but generally include a fairly intense mix of strength training and aerobic elements. The Boot camp is a type of interval training — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity.
