Group fitness classes and timetable
Our fitness classes offer variety and convenience with times to fit your lifestyle.
Members of The Zone Fitness Centre have complimentary access to group fitness classes.
Non-members are welcome to join in at a charge of $7 for a 30 minute class and $14 for a 60 minute class. Multi-session passes can also be used for classes.
RPM™ is the indoor cycling routine workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.

Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favourite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness.
Tuesday 12 noon to 12:30pm
BODYPUMP® is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses, Lifts and Curls. Get the results you came for - and fast!
Monday 6pm to 7pm
Pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.
Monday 4:30pm to 5:30pm
Jungle Body Kongo®
An easy-to-follow, high intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio, Dance & Sculpting set to the hottest beats from all decades. It’s a fierce & wild workout designed to shape, sculpt & redefine your physique while injecting your body with an endorphin overload.
Tuesday 6pm to 7pm
Pilates is so great for strengthening your core, your back, your arms, your legs and your butt! Pilates is an amazing workout for your whole body. You can lose weight with pilates and tone and strengthen. It’s also so amazing for exercising your mind.
Wednesday 12noon to 1pm
The Boxing Circuit combines basic boxing fundamentals with Interval Training to boost your heart rate and burn hundreds of calories. This is an all over cardio and strength training workout and is a great FULL-Body workout with boxing, strength conditioning, and core exercises all tied into one!

Tuesday 4:30pm to 5:30pm
Yoga is a holistic style of exercise that uses asanas (poses), breathing and meditation techniques to maximise wellbeing. Yoga is the Sanskrit word for union and focuses on mind/body awareness. We offer two styles of yoga, both are geared to all levels or practioners. Slow Flow focuses on technique development and helps develop strength and precision in each pose. The faster paced Power Flow helps to build more heat in the body, by moving through a sequence of asanas that are fun and challenging to all. Both flows provide many health benefits to all.

Boot camp workouts can vary but generally include a fairly intense mix of strength training and aerobic elements. The Boot camp is
a type of interval training - bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity.
Monday 7:30am to 8:30am
Channel your inner rockstar with this full-body cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Instead of listening to music, you BECOME the music in this exhilarating, full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.
Wednesday 4.30pm to 5.30pm
The Zone Circuit
The circuit classes are a full body workout targeting aerobic fitness & muscular endurance in our HIIT circuit, or strength, conditioning, technique & form in our Weights circuit. You'll move around each station working different muscle groups. It's hard work, will challenge you, and caters for all fitness levels, including beginners!
HIIT Circuit: Monday 12noon to 12.30pm
Weights Circuit: Tuesday and Thursday 7am to 7.45am
