Our fitness classes offer variety and convenience with times to fit your lifestyle.
Members of The Zone Fitness Centre have complimentary access to group fitness classes.
Non-members are welcome to join in at a charge of $7 for a 30 minute class and $14 for a 60 minute class. Multi-session passes can also be used for classes.
RPM™RPM™ is the indoor cycling routine workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.
