No fixed-term contract
The easiest way to join is via our no fixed-term contract. The benefits include:
- Join and set up payment online.
- Pay weekly to help manage your budget.
- Cancel at any time with 14 days notice.
- Suspend your membership for up to 4 weeks at a time (fees may apply).

6 or 12 month contract
You can choose to make upfront payments for either six or 12 months. These contracts can be arranged by visiting our online portal or contact the Murdoch Active reception in person, via email, or phone 08 9360 2318 if you have any additional questions or experience difficulty with the online portal.
Student free time
If you are a current Murdoch student you can sign up for a free gym membership which grants you access to the Murdoch Active Gym between 9am and 11am and 1pm to 3pm Monday to Friday and free access to all our Murdoch Moves classes. You can sign up by visiting our online portal or contact the Murdoch Active reception in person, via email or phone 08 9360 2318 if you have any additional questions or experience difficulty with the online portal.
Staff free time
If you are a current Murdoch staff member you can sign up for a free gym membership which grants you access to the Murdoch Active Gym between 8am and 10am Monday to Friday and free access to all our Murdoch Moves classes. Casual gym or group fitness passes
If you would like occasional access to the gym or to join in with one of our group fitness sessions, then a casual pass may be what you need. Choose from a single or 10 pass option. Each pass is for a single visit and gives you access to the fitness centre, gym, equipment and classes.

For any student with a valid Murdoch student ID card:
