A Day in the Life of a University Student

Do you want to experience life as a Murdoch University student?

If you are currently in Year 9 or 10, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Join us for the day as you create your own customised university timetable of activities with hands-on workshops in subject areas that interest you. Speak with current Murdoch students, learn from our talented and inspiring academics and make new friends.

We have a wide variety of workshops on offer, including:

Note: This event will be run on both Wed 2 and Thurs 3 October, so choose a day works best for you (please only choose one). The format of the day is identical. 


SCHEDULE

  • 8.00am - 8.30am Registration
  • 8.30am - 9.15am Welcome presentation and introduction
  • 9.30am - 10.15am Workshop #1*
  • 10.15am - 10.45am Morning Tea - Morning tea will be provided
  • 11.00am - 11.45am Workshop #2*
  • 12.00pm - 12.45pm Workshop #3*
  • 12.45pm - 1.30pm Lunch - Please bring your own lunch or money to purchase lunch
  • 1.30pm - 3.00pm Amazing Race
  • 3.00pm - 3.45pm Amazing Race prizes, evaluations & farewell
