- 5.30 - 6.00pm: Optional tour - Media Arts Centre (spaces are limited)
- 5.45 - 6.00pm: Registration - for all other attendees
- 6.00 - 7.30pm: Information evening - Attend our presentation, Q&A session and expo
- Light refreshments will be provided on the evening
