Welcome to the Student Complaints Homepage.

Murdoch University acknowledges that from time to time it will receive feedback, both positive and negative from students.

The University is committed to ensuring all complaints/grievances are handled effectively and efficiently; and the feedback received assists the University in maintaining continual improvement.

Complaints received from students can be categorised broadly into the following categories:
