ComplaintsWelcome to the Complaints Homepage. Murdoch University strives for excellence in its dealings with the broad community. However, it is acknowledged that from time to time we will receive negative feedback and people may be aggrieved. We are committed to ensuring all complaints/grievances are handled effectively and efficiently; and the feedback received assists us in maintaining continual improvement. At the University, the complaint handling process is based on the principles of effective complaints handling, and the International Standard on Complaints Handling ISO:10002. Just click the link below and it will take you to a page with relevant information. We recognise that you may study and work at the University, or may wish to make a complaint in your role as a member of the public. Please select the link below that best describes the type of complaint you are making. For example if you are both a student and staff member of the University and the complaint you wish to is about your work, then you should use the staff link. I am a student at Murdoch University. The Complaints Management Policy is available at https://policy.murdoch.edu.au/docview/?docid=1328&public=true. Despite our best efforts, if you are not happy with the outcome, you may also bring your complaint to an external agency. |
