ComplaintsWelcome to the Student Complaints Homepage. Murdoch University acknowledges that from time to time it will receive feedback, both positive and negative. The University is committed to ensuring all complaints/grievances are handled effectively and efficiently; and the feedback received assists the University in maintaining continual improvement. We would also love to hear about any good news stories or if you have received excellent support or assistance from staff. So we can acknowledge this please email Student Feedback. All complaints will be managed with first and foremost, common sense, respect for all parties involved and procedural fairness. Murdoch University also acknowledges that it will also not be possible to resolve every complaint to the satisfaction of the person lodging the complaint. As such, an external process is available to students should they continue to be dissatisfied with a University decision.
