VET640: Infectious and Emerging Diseases

This unit will provide students with the knowledge about endemic and epidemic diseases that have a significant impact on livestock production. Both infectious and non-infectious diseases will be discussed and emphasis will be placed on those diseases with significant impact on trade, herd/flock productivity and human health.
