PHA744: Pharmacy Practice IV

This unit assesses the demand and outcomes of the Quality Care Pharmacy Program (QCPP) and the application to all aspects of daily pharmacy practice. The Program forms the basis of evaluating pharmaceutical care, delivering occupational health and safety, documenting daily occurrences, promoting public health and formulating policies to standardise pharmacy practice within Australia. Also: other programs such as Home Medicines Review and software options that assist in providing these services. Second rotation in Clinical Placement Program occurs in this unit.
