PHA651: Pharmacotherapeutics I

Pharmacotherapeutics aims to present the pathophysiology of disease to aspects of clinical pharmacy and pharmaceutical care for diagnosis and management by using all available treatment options, including non drug therapies. Aspects of management include cardiovascular disorders, gastrointestinal tract disorders, arthritis, ear nose and throat conditions and common infectious disease.

Prerequisites

PHA433/PHA533 Pharmacology I and PHA441/PHA541 Pharmacy Practice I and PHA421/PHA521 Pharmacy Care.
Co-requisite: Enrolment in Master of Pharmacy; PHA512 Pharmaceutics II.
