NUR612: Managing in a Health and Aged Care Environment

This unit will focus on essential human resource management for a variety of health settings, such as aged, residential and community services. A comprehensive overview of planning, monitoring, managing and evaluating service provision for clients/patients in different settings will be included. Students will have the opportunity to explore relevant Human Resource Management strategies and critically enquire into the effect power, morale and motivation have in regard to improving service performance and risk education.
