NUR305: Nursing Specialties

This unit will focus on a range of complex nursing skills and clinical decision making to support students when in acute care settings such as accident and emergency, high dependency, intensive care, renal dialysis, perioperative nursing, oncology and palliative care.  Students will demonstrate applications of learned concepts and competencies in a chosen clinical placement focusing on two of the studied specialty areas.

Completion of 100 and 200 level units in the Bachelor of Nursing.
