NUR105: Health and Physical Assessment

This unit will develop the students' competence when completing health and physical assessments.  It will further develop the students' approach to critical thinking and decision making processes related to the care of the individual and provide knowledge and skills required by the student to demonstrate competencies associated with the relevant structured clinical practice.
