MBS632: Corporate Accounting

This is an advanced unit in financial accounting with the focus on a number of accounting impacts on the corporate sector. The topics include disclosure, mergers and acquisitions, governance and insolvency. These will be discussed in the context of the law, International and Australian Accounting Standards and generally accepted accounting practices.
