MBS627: Management Accounting

This is an advanced unit in management accounting with the focus on the accountant providing information to internal management. The topics include advanced costing methods and systems for services, products and overheads; information for managing resources for performance evaluation and tactical decision-making. In addition contemporary approaches to measure and manage performance using non-financial indicators will be discussed.
