MBS624: Comparative Employee Relations (Not available in 2010)

This unit explores the statutory requirements and some of the case law surrounding the current employee relations in a number of countries. Examples will be taken from some of the Australasian employee relations environments so that students will have an appreciation of the differences and similarities of the different employee relations approaches and ideologies and exposes students to how to be globally aware of these different approaches and ideologies and how to best manage them.
