MBS623: Occupational Health and Safety Law

This unit explores the statutory requirements of occupational health and safety in the Australian workplace, focussing on the role law has in preventing work related injury and disease.  It will examine the responsibilities of both employers and employees and discuss policy issues.  Workers compensation and rehabilitation are also studied.

Prerequisites

Enrolment in a postgraduate-level course.
