LLM585: Advanced Clinical Legal Education (Not available in 2010)

Participate in a clinical program, focusing in a particular area of legal practice such as immigration law, family law, children's rights or housing rights. Work in the legal practice based at a Rockingham community legal centre or at the clinic offices at the Murdoch School of Law. Assist real clients and take responsibility for actual client files. Develop practical, legal and interpersonal skills and critically reflect upon law and the legal system within a broader social context.
