LAW313: Law Review

Provides an opportunity to learn to edit legal journals, e.g. the E-Law Journal and the International Trade and Business Law Review. These journals publish leading articles, case-notes and comments, as well as book reviews dealing with a wide range of local issues including international trade and business law, domestic law, comparative law and international law. Aim: to contribute in a scholarly way to the discussion of recent legal developments and to provide up-to-date information to the legal and business communities.

Prerequisites	L120/LEG120/LAW120 Research and Writing, L150/LEG150/LAW150 Australian Legal System, L152/LAW152 Torts, L130/LAW130 Criminal Law and Procedure, L260/LAW260 Contract, plus permission of Unit Coordinator.
Quota	This unit is subject to quota. Selection is based on: Academic record and standing; Demonstrated speaking, debating and mooting ability; Demonstrated administrative experience; Demonstrated knowledge of foreign languages and legal systems.
