KAC067: Foundations of Aboriginal Cultures

This unit provides an overview of Aboriginal cultures and life in an Australian context. Further this unit examines place and family with an emphasis on heritage, learning methods and the importance of cultural identity.

Prerequisites

This unit is restricted to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students entering the Kulbardi Aboriginal Tertiary Entrance Course (KATEC).

Notes

Non-KATEC students need to enrol in AIS177 Introduction to Nyungar Culture.
