EGL122: Creative Writing: Text and Practice I

This creative writing unit complements other units in English and Creative Arts by giving students the opportunity to explore literary concepts in a practical, experimental way through the development of their own writing projects. The unit will run as a workshop in which writing exercises will be undertaken -- there will be an emphasis upon the role of reading and rewriting in the development of a writer's voice and style. There will be one introductory lecture only.
