CHI6841: Neuromusculoskeletal Rehabilitation of the Lower Body II

Builds on the principles and practice of neuromusculoskeletal rehabilitation for the lower body taught in CHI682. Develop an advanced level of functional assessment of the lower body. Motor systems incorporating local and global stability dysfunction will be investigated and strategies to manage the dysfunction will be explored.
Other clinical approaches will include the examination and management of syndromes resulting from adverse neural tension in the lower limbs and mobilisation and relaxation techniques for pain of spinal origin (lumbar and pelvis).
