CHI282: Human Anatomy II
Covers, with its predecessor CHI280, the functional, macroscopic and normal imaging anatomy of the human body. Begins with neuroanatomy and continues with the functional anatomy of the spine and limbs. Emphasises how joints and muscles work and the relevant regional and applied anatomy associated with that movement and its local innervation.
Practical sessions centre on prosections, surface anatomy, radiographic and other images and museum specimens. Practicals are complemented by project work, involving surface anatomy and seminar presentations.
