BUS347: Semester in China

Provides students with an opportunity to gain first-hand experience of China during six months of intensive language training at a Chinese tertiary institution. The unit teaches competence in all aspects of the Chinese language. Students have opportunities to conduct research projects on Chinese business. Industrial scholarship recipients will enjoy work experience in Rio Tinto's Shanghai office. By the end of semester students will have a good grasp of contemporary Chinese culture and society.

BUS102 Introductory Chinese and BUS233 Conversational Chinese, or permission of the Unit Coordinator.
