BUS336: Integrated Marketing Communications

The learning objectives of this unit are premised on developing a practical understanding of the marketing communication processes. Students will critically examine the differences within the promotion mix: advertising, sales promotion, direct marketing and public relations; to select the most appropriate marketing communications strategy to develop an integrated marketing communication plan. The focus of this unit is to develop an integrated marketing communication perspective that will enable students to apply the most appropriate promotional strategies to specific marketing environments.

C214/BUS214 Marketing Development and Planning and C273/BUS273 Consumer Behaviour.

Quota

This unit is subject to quota. Preference will be given to students in the Marketing Management major, Bachelor of Marketing and the Media, Digital Marketing minor and Marketing minor.
