BUS335: Marketing Research and Analysis

This unit is designed to introduce the student to marketing research. The purpose is to provide an overview of the marketing research process and its basis in the scientific method as well as to develop knowledge in the principles of research design, data collection, statistical analysis and report preparation. The unit examines recent developments in online research methods and the use of database marketing. Ethical issues of research are also addressed as well as difficulties involved in cross-cultural research.
