BUS323: International Management

This unit aims to provide a framework for the analysis of problems and issues in managing an international business. The focus is on contemporary worldwide issues of competitiveness and how these are influenced by the cultural, political and economic environments. Topics: cross-cultural management issues; international strategic planning; international organisational structures; cross-cultural communication, decision-making, motivation and leadership; expatriation and repatriation of managers; and international human resource management and labour relations.
