BUS320: Advanced Human Resource Perspectives

This unit focuses on managing human resources at a strategic level, in order to meet organisational goals pertaining to sustainability and competitive advantage. It aims to give students an understanding of how effective implementation of human resource management practice offers benefits to both the organisation and the individual.  Students will undertake a number of industry projects that will be analysed and critiqued within theoretical HR frameworks. The aim is for students to gain experience in best practice HR implementation.

Prerequisites	C145/BUS145 Principles of Management and either C240/BUS240 Organisation Management and Development or BUS240 Human Resources and Organisational Development.
