BUS317: Strategic Management

This is a capstone unit which is aimed at preparing students to think strategically, and to look at all the issues and problems affecting the strategic initiatives of an organisation, from a total corporate perspective. The unit provides a conceptual framework of corporate strategy and policy formulation, and integrates this into key functional areas for business including decision-making, organisational learning, technology management, innovation, knowledge management, marketing, finance and human resource management.
