BUS241: Contemporary China

The unit introduces students to China in terms of its geographical characteristics, regional and cultural differences, Confucian ethics, and its political, economic and technological systems in the transition from a planned economy to the new market economy. At the end of the unit students will have a basic understanding of contemporary China.

Nil.
Co-requisite: Internet access if studying externally.

Exclusions

Students who have successfully completed H140/CHN140 Introduction to Contemporary China may not enrol in this unit for credit.
