BUS201: Special Topics in Commerce: International Study Tour

This is a short stay (15 to 20 days) international study tour open to all Murdoch Business School students. It provides an in-country cross-cultural experience of civilisation, art, music, business, politics, history, language, life and business of the destination country, designed to increase a student's international exposure and develop global-mindedness. Coursework consists of lectures and assessment pre, post and during the tour. Students are advised to email the Unit Coordinator for further details.

Murdoch: SPA1-internal, W-internal (quota of 35 places)

Contact Time

Lectures: 4 hours per week.

Prerequisites

Approval of the Unit Coordinator and selection panel based on application and interview.
Co-requisite: Internet access if studying externally.

Notes

The tour cost will include return airfares, airport transfers, accommodation and meals as arranged by Murdoch University.
Prices are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Students are also required to pay for their own incidental expenses, including passport, visa, taxis, vaccinations, personal health items and personal shopping.

Quota

This unit is subject to quota. A maximum of 35 students may be enrolled once accepted by the Unit Coordinator and interview panel.
