BUS165: Principles of Commercial Law
This unit introduces students to the principles of law applicable to core areas of business, such as contract law, tort law and agency law. It also investigates major forms of business organisation, including partnerships and associations. Students studying Business Law will find this unit essential and prerequisite to further studies.
