BIO261: Animal Diversity

This unit provides students with a description of the systematics and morphology of the major groups of invertebrates and vertebrates. Particular emphasis is placed on evolutionary trends amongst the vertebrates. Students are expected to develop practical skills, as well as acquiring a good theoretical background.
