How are Asian firms meeting the challenges posed by globalisation on international business? Using case studies of firms from Japan, Korea, China and South-East Asia, this unit aims to develop our understanding of the basic principles of management. It aims to strengthen our ability, using the 'Asian context',  to understand the structure of Asian firms and their functioning in a national and international context.
