ANS250: Animal Production Systems II

This unit will be taught in modules and develops knowledge of the theory and practice of animal production systems. Animal production from pasture systems will be emphasised, as will the associated role of soils. Practical classes will utilise the Murdoch University Farm and other farm sites to develop industry recognised skills in pasture assessment and pasture management through the use of ProGraze as a model system.
