Course Description

Completing this coursework Master’s degree will allow you to make a real difference by managing an organisation’s human resources in line with strategic goals and objectives.

You will gain skills in HR planning, staffing, training and development, performance management, remuneration, and complete a specialised unit that covers analytics and decision-making.

Graduates of a Murdoch University Master of Human Resources Management will have knowledge of the critical components of a productive and sustainable organisational culture and will translate and adapt theory into practice to offer substantiated strategic people management advice.

A flexible teaching timetable allows students to balance work, study and other personal commitments.
