You’ll explore strategic human resource management, employment policies and legal regulations. You will learn about recruitment and interview techniques, rewards, pay, performance management, and the future direction of human resources. As part of your studies, you’ll take on industry projects to get valuable real-world experience.
To expand your expertise and career prospects even further, you could combine this course with another major such as Accounting, Banking, Business Law, Finance, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Management or Marketing.
When you graduate, you could find work in any industry in a range of roles including human resources administrator, human resources policy officer, payroll and operations support or recruitment resourcer.
