In this professionally accredited program, you will learn about the essentials of HR management, including HR perspectives, management, law and business analytics.
It provides students with a foundation of the organisational context and objectives necessary for the development of organisational and HR strategy within a legal and governance framework. Graduates of this degree can translate and adapt theory to engage with stakeholders to develop ethical and sustainable HR solutions that are appropriate to the organisational context.
You can choose between full-time or part-time study, distance education or face-to-face mode, and our additional summer and winter term offerings will give you all the flexibility you need to help you fit your study into your lifestyle.

Each course has a core set of units that must be completed for you to graduate. In addition to these core units you are free to choose other units, called general electives, to create your own course.
