Important Dates

Semester begins

The first day of Semester 1 2009 is Monday 16 February 2009 for most courses unless you have been advised otherwise.

Internal Unit Enrolment Deadline

You should be enrolled in all of your internal units before the semester begins to ensure that you are fully prepared for the semester and you do not miss out on any information, however, students are able to enrol in an internal unit until the end of the second week of semester to accommodate last minute changes. Please be aware though that some units close enrolments during the first week of semester and enrolment into a unit after Week 2 is not permitted.

External Unit Enrolment Deadline

In order for us to ensure that you receive your unit materials prior to the commencement of Week 1, you will need to have enrolled in your external units prior to 2 Feb 2009. You are permitted to enrol in external units up to the end of Week 1 (20 February 2009) however the later that you enrol the longer it will take until you receive your unit materials (in most cases though the unit materials can be accessed online via MyUnits)

Once semester begins you can also change from internal to external by completing the Late Change from Internal to External Unit offering form.
