Step 1 - Accept your offer and Activate your Murdoch account

Have you applied for a place at Murdoch University?

Yes, I am a Domestic Student and I have received an offer letter
  • If you have applied for a place and received an offer letter, you will need to either Accept, Defer* or Reject your offer via our Online Response System (click on the "New students ...walk this way" icon below). Have your Offer Letter handy as this contains some important details that you will need to enter into the system. Within this system you will be able to advise the University of your Offer intention, set your Murdoch Password, confirm your email address and select your course if you have received a multiple course offer.
  • Once you have accepted your offer and activated your Murdoch Account please proceed to Step 2 Research and plan.
  • * Only undergraduate students have an option to defer.

Yes, I am a Domestic Student and I have previously Accepted my offer with Murdoch
  • If you are a Domestic student and you have already accepted your offer you will need to activate your Murdoch account via our Online Response System (click on the "New students ...walk this way" icon below). You will need your student number which will have been included in the University’s latest correspondence with you. Within this system you will be able to set your Murdoch Password and confirm your email address.
  • Once you have accepted your offer and activated your Murdoch Account please proceed to Step 2 Research and plan.
Yes, I am an International Student and I have received my Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE)
  • If you are an International student who has already accepted your offer and received your Confirmation of Enrolment you will need to activate your Murdoch account via our Online Response System (click on the "New students ...walk this way" icon below). You will need your Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE) as this contains some important details that you will need to enter into the system. Within this system you will be able to set your Murdoch Password and confirm your email address.
  • Once you have accepted your offer and activated your Murdoch Account please proceed to Step 2 Research and plan.

  • If you have applied for a place and have not yet heard from us regarding an offer, please contact the Prospective Students' and Admissions Centre by phone on 08 9360 6538.

  • If you have applied for a place and have not yet heard from us regarding an offer, please contact Murdoch International by phone on +61 8 9360 6770.

Important information regarding your Email address
  • The University's main form of correspondence to all students is via email. During the Online Response process you will have set your email address to your preferred personal account or have been notified of the account that we automatically provide you (of the format yourstudentnumber@student.murdoch.edu.au).
  • You can access your Murdoch email account with Webmail (available on any browser) at: https://wwwstudent.murdoch.edu.au/mail using your Murdoch User Name and Murdoch Password (as set during the above process).
  • Information about your email account can be found at: http://www.murdoch.edu.au/goto/UsingMurdochEmail. It is essential that we have your updated email preference so that you receive important communications from your Lecturers and University Administrators.
