Helping Hand Day – Thursday 26th February in the Learning Common

Helping Hand Day is a day where we have organised all of the University’s support services to be in Learning Common at the one time, to answer all of the questions that you have about your time at Murdoch. You can ask specifics about your course to the Faculty Student Administration or general questions about the services provided by some of the support areas that you have not visited yet.

Don’t walk around the campus wondering what that Alumni means or what the External Studies Unit offers. Come over and ask us!!!

At Helping Hand Day we will have representatives from the following areas;

  • Faculty Student Administration
  • Teaching and Learning Centre
  • Scholarships
  • Murdoch International
  • Murdoch Student Guild
  • Health & Counselling
  • Equity, Access & Diversity
  • Library
  • External Studies
  • First Year Experience
  • Alumni, Careers & Employment
  • Centrelink

We will also have the latest version of the “M Guide” for you to pick up. The “M Guide” is your quick access guide to all of the support services available and how to go about accessing them.

First Year Experience and other Central Student Admin staff will also be available at the Peel and Rockingham campuses for a mini–Helping Hand event on Wednesday 25th February.

We look forward to seeing you there.

The Murdoch Student Support team.
