May 15, 2009Callista Upgraded to V11.1
The latest version of Callista is now available. Most of the changes in the version will not be apparent to the majority of users.
For important information regarding your first access to Callista after this upgrade please see the instructions below.
Depending on your computer configuration you may be required to update the Java software on your machine in order to run this version of Callista. The first time you access Callista you will be presented with a dialog box similar to this one:
Please press Accept and you will be presented with:
Press Finish. You will be required to restart your browser and access Callista again and you will be able to log on as normal.
If you have any difficulty in loading Java, please contact the IT Service Desk on extension 2000 for assistance.
New centre for support calls
All support requests for the SMS Group should now be logged through Altiris. Please note that the Altiris site should be viewed using Internet Explorer.
February 23, 2009SMS Group website launched
The new website for the SMS Group has been launched. This replaces the existing Callista mini-site, and reflects the broad range of systems supported by the SMS Group as a whole. This news feed is available in rss/xml format to allow staff quick access to all updates published by the SMS Group.
