Off Campus Security Escort :
Murdoch University South Street campus in conjunction with the Guild of Students
is proud to announce the introduction of the Off Campus Escort Service from
30 August.
Operating from 5pm until midnight on each weekday during semester teaching
weeks and pre-exam study breaks, the service is the only one of its kind at
a Western Australian university providing secure mobile off campus escorts for
both students and staff.
Escorts are provided for personal security purposes and may include those to
and from car parks, student accommodation or to surrounding suburbs incorporating
the boundaries of Northlake Road,
Kwinana Freeway, Somerville Boulevard and Hope Road.
This service is designed to complement the existing on campus escort service
that operates each night of the year.
Proudly sponsored by Unicredit, the escort
vehicle is recognisable by its decals and Student Security Helpers who will
drive the vehicle, are identifiable by their yellow coloured jumpers or shirts.
The Off Campus Escort Service can be requested by either telephone 93606262
or via the wall-mounted Security Call Buttons.
