• Campus and infrastructure planning
• Capital works approval, scoping and justification (Business case)
• Project manage strategic asset planning
• Project manage Major Capital Works & Minor Works including co-ordination of consultant teams, architectural, engineering etc.
• Feasibilities & estimates
• Financial analysis and reporting on projects
• Liaison with local and statutory planning bodies

As Project Manager for the University we will ensure:

• The strategic objectives of the University are met
• The orderly delivery of the University's built environment
• Provide buildings which are functional, flexible and comfortable
• To provide high quality, durable and maintenance effective buildings, and
• The completion of projects which are delivered on time and on budget
