all University working days.

- Maintenance and repair of building structure, services and fittings
- Twenty four hour building emergency service
- Evaluation of building fittings and services
- Technical advice to campus community
- Modification of facilities for teaching and research
- Health and safety responsibility for building services
General Information:
Technical Services role is to support the University in its mission by ensuring
the availability of well maintained physical resource facilities. The section
provides services in the following areas:
- airconditioning and mechanical services
- electrical services
- hydraulic services
- general building services
To assist in general building services delivery, the campus has been divided
into Zones and a representative
from Building Maintenance made primarily responsible for the general maintenance
undertaken in this Zone.
