Who must I inform if a Contractor is coming onsite After Hours?
The contractors Responsible Officer is to email the FM Helpdesk with the following information:
- Company Name, Contractors Name, contact number
- Buidling they will be working on
- Brief description of work being done
- Approximate times they start and finish jobs
- Advise if any alarms require isolating
