To login to a University PC, you must satisfy the following:
-
You are current student & properly enrolled in at least one unit
-
You have not deferred or withdrawn all of your units for the current semester.
-
Divisional Computer Labs have restricted logons ---> only particular students can log into particular labs. Where you can log in is usually determined by the units you are studying. Certain units will grant you logon rights to certain labs. Your division should be able to tell you what labs you have access to. For example, only students enrolled in Law units are able to login to Law labs, while only students enrolled in DSE units are able to login to Loneragan Labs.
-
Have you changed your password within the last 15-20 minutes? If so, your password might not have synchronised across all systems yet.
-
Are you sure you are entering the correct password? Check out the Knowledge Base Page "Password Help" for more info.
