Please contact the iT Service Desk and our staff will arrange for a Field Support Officer to come to your office and setup the Microsoft Outlook email client.  There is a standard way that we like to configure the software which will reduce any future problems you may have and helps us to support you in a more efficient way.

If you are located off-campus then the iT Service Desk staff will talk you through the required steps however, depending on your type of internet connection, the staff 'exchange' webmail service may be more suitable.
