Print charging in Computer Labs is managed using the central ‘Papercut’ printing system.  Colour and Duplex printing is available in some labs, see the IT Counter for locations.

Charges

• Black and white without duplex       11c per sheet (single sided) DEFAULT
• Black and white with duplex           16.5c per sheet (double sided)
• Colour without duplex                   30c per sheet (single sided)
• Colour with duplex                        45c per sheet (double sided)

Important information

• Printing will be done with the default settings unless you choose preferences when initiating your print job and change the settings manually. 
• Once changed your chosen settings will be saved on the PC you have used and applied to future print jobs.

Adding funds to your printing account

You can add funds in the following ways –

• Using eftpos at the IT Service Counter in the Library Learning Common - Available 24 hours, 7 days a week
• Using cash via one of the Autoloader machines in the Vet Library or Main Library
• Using eftpos or cash at the University Cashier (Student Services)
