APPLICATION SUBMISSION:

Applications for Probationary Review are due 3 months prior to your probationary end date.
Please submit your application documents via email to your School Dean and probation.promotion@murdoch.edu.au

Document Type	Due Date
Probationary Review Application	3 months before the applicant’s probationary end date
Peer Reviews	When the application is due
School Dean Reports	Normally within 3 weeks of the application being submitted
Applicant to Receive Notification on the outcome	Normally within 3 months of the application being submitted

FORMS, POLICY & PROCEDURE:

For all information relating to academic staff probation, please carefully read the Academic Staff Probation Policy and Procedure available though the Policy and Procedure Manager (PPM).
All documents relating to academic staff probationary review (including application form and peer review form) can be accessed via the Human Resources Forms - Academic Staff.
